Hi mate, I caught up with Simon Diplock yesterday & he’d recently had Xero training with Jacqui for his new role at Wellington golf.   Admittedly he’d used Xero a bit in his previous life, but he was just gushing about the structure of the training & knowledge of Jacqui & how it was able to be able to be tailored to his questions as they went.  He was even more impressed when I admitted that I didn’t even know who the trainers were & that they were specialists that we use just for training.  So well done to all concerned, it’s great when the systems work.   Cheers David Shaw, Rightway

NZES – New Zealand Engineering Services

When NZES decided to change our accounting package from CBA to MYOB it was of the utmost importance to our company to ensure the transition between the two systems go smoothly and to ensure minimal disruption to our business. We were fortunate to engage the services of Red Office to implement the installation of software, set-up and customise the system for our business and provide full training to accounts staff. Under the expert guidance of Isabelle the changeover between systems was trouble free and went exactly as Red Office had previously advised it would. The service provided, and the back-up support we have received from Red Office has been exemplary and we have no hesitation in recommending them. Robyn Wilkinson, General Manager.

ACS – Advanced Coating Specialists

ACS currently uses the services of Red Office to remotely run our office facility. Invoicing, expenses, sales reports and excellent profit and loss reports are produced to help us keep the company on track. WTS – Whitehall Technical Services

Red Office has very efficiently run book-keeping services for our office including accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash book, GST, monthly, quarterly and annual reports including sales analyses, expenses etc. Red Office also carry out our debt collecting by phone, general sales calls, PAYE, holiday pay, staff contracts and all end-of-year reports.
