AccountRight Standard & AccountEdge  Set-up & Training Package 3 monthly payments of $299 + 

Onsite session 1:            

  • Set-up software on your PC/MAC and initial overview of AccountRight Standard
  • Training on entering sales & purchases
  • Back-up procedure put in place

Onsite session 2:

  • Questions & answers session and continue training on accounts processing
  • Training on reconciling the bank accounts
  • Set-up customised End of Month checklist

 Onsite session 3:

  • Review file, training on financial reporting and advanced functions.
  • Training on thorough GST procedure and locking of file.      

This package includes full set-up of company accounts, 7 hours one-2-one training completed over 3 months to gradually increase your knowledge and confidence, a customised End of Month accounts procedure, book-keeping procedures as required, customised Invoice & Statement templates.  Software is charged separately and is $443.55+gst for AccountRight Standard and $710.22+gst for AccountEdge for MACS.  Please note additional training hours will be charged at our standard rates.  Terms and conditions apply – software is sold separately.

 

 AccountRight Plus  Set-up & Training Package 3 monthly payments of $315 +  

Onsite session 1:

  • Set-up of the software on your PC and initial overview of AccountRight Plus. 
  • Set-up and initial payroll run using MYOB Payroll.
  • Training on sales & purchases register.
  • Back-up procedure put in place

Onsite session 2:

  • Questions & answers session and continue training on accounts processing.
  • Training on reconciling the bank accounts.
  • Checking of Payroll and thorough End of Month PAYE process

Onsite session 3:

  • Review file, training on financial reporting and advanced functions
  • Set-up customised End of Month checklist
  • Training on thorough GST procedure and locking of file.     

This package includes full set-up of company accounts, 8 hours one-2-one training completed over 3 months to gradually increase your knowledge and confidence, a customised End of Month accounts procedure, book-keeping procedures as required, payroll and PAYE procedures, customised Invoice & Statement templates.  Software is charged separately and is $710+gst as at 1st April 2010.  Please note additional training hours will be charged at our standard rates.  Terms and conditions apply – software is sold separately.   NB: A separate session maybe required for set-up of payroll depending on the size of the company – to be charged separately.

 

AccountRight Premier  Set-up & Training Package 3 monthly payments of $357 +     

Onsite session 1:

  • Set-up software on your PC and initial overview of AccountRight Premier
  • Training on sales & purchases register
  • Back-up procedure put in place

Onsite session 2:

  • Questions & answers session and continue training on accounts processing.
  • Training on reconciling bank accounts & Set-up customised End of Month

 Onsite session 3:

  • Review file, training on financial reporting and advanced functions.
  • Training on thorough GST procedure and locking of file.      

This package includes full set-up of company accounts, 10 hours one-2-one training completed over 3 months to gradually increase your knowledge and confidence, a customised End of Month accounts procedure, book-keeping procedures as required, customised Invoice & Statement templates.  Software is charged separately and is $843.55+gst as at 1st April 2010.  Please note additional training hours will be charged at our standard rates.  Terms and conditions apply – software is sold separately.    

 

AccountRight Premier & Payroll  Set-up & Training Package 3 monthly payments of $420 +    

Onsite session 1:

  • Set-up software on your PC and initial overview of AccountRight Premier
  • Training on sales & purchases register
  • Set-up of Payroll and initial payroll run
  • Back-up procedure put in place

 Session 2:

  • Questions & answers session and continue training on accounts processing.
  • Training on reconciling the bank accounts
  • Checking of Payroll and thorough End of Month PAYE process
  • Set-up customised accounts End of Month checklist            

Session 3:  

  • Review file, training on financial reporting and advanced functions.
  • Training on thorough GST procedure and locking of file.      

This package includes full set-up of company accounts, 11 hours one-2-one training completed over 3 months to gradually increase your knowledge and confidence, a customised End of Month accounts procedure, book-keeping procedures as required, all payroll and PAYE procedures, customised Invoice & Statement templates.  Software is charged separately and is $1510.22+gst as at 1st April 2010.  Please note additional training hours will be charged at our standard rates.  NB: A separate payroll session maybe required if there are a lot of employees to be set-up.  Terms and conditions apply – software is sold separately.   

For LiveAccounts and AccountRight Enterprise we will provide an estimated quote.
