Remote support is great for MYOB & Xero users who have a good understanding of the software and just need help with the odd question. Best of all it means we can see what you can see and keep training & troubleshooting stress free. For users new to MYOB & Xero an onsite visit is the best way to start.
New Zealand wide Remote Access Support charges (payment is by credit card)
- 1-14 minutes $39 +gst
- 15-29 minutes $59 +gst
- 30-45 minutes $79 +gst
To register & log a remote support request please email info@redoffice.co.nz or call toll free 0508 733 633. Registration for support is only required for your first call and a credit card number is taken at this point. Please confirm your:

For your first call/registration please click on the download application below and save this to your desktop.
Xero users please call our office on 0508 733 633. We will confirm which staff member will be providing your support and their email address. You can then go into the settings area of Xero / Users / Send an inviation to our team member to view your information for the period of the call.
MYOB users we have a support tool which allows you to provide us access to your desktop for a period of time. Please email or call our office to log your request. Please down load the following link, when your call is made there is a facility for you to click on connect which will allow our team to view your file until you decide to QUIT.

When the consultant calls please open the desktop file and double click on redoffice_support. Then run:
Click on connect and the remote system starts:
Once the session is completed the consultant will quit from the session reverting PC control back to you.
