An easy way to get your expenses and receipts into Xero is to email them to the personalised Receipt Bank email address or submit them directly through the app. It minimises the need for your bookkeeper to chase you for receipts. With Ezzy Bills you can upload invoices via the app or email address which then appear directly into Xero. Great for businesses that have many invoices to enter in Xero such as restaurants or those in retail.

If you’ve ever called our office number you would have most likely spoken to Helen, our lovely lady in charge of Client Services.

Helen has been at Red Office for 5 years and looks after our Xero & MYOB trainers diaries and bookings. She supports some of our senior bookkeepers with their workload and has her own bookkeeping client base. She loves dancing – specifically ballroom, Latin and rock n roll and when she feels like exercising her brain she loves crosswords and scrabble.
