To achieve the desired outcome, we may enlist an external specialist for services marked with an asterisk. We collaborate with industry experts for projects such as printing, new website developments, or SEO optimisation.
We become an integral part of your team. If you lack an internal marketing resource or are having difficulty communicating with your supplier or designer, we collaborate with you to ensure these items are completed.
The scope of work varies by client. Some require us to handle all their marketing functions, while others only need specific aspects managed. We can also work alongside one of your team members to provide support in this area.
The level of support can differ. You may fall somewhere between those three options presented. That’s perfectly fine – let’s have a conversation!

All our work is conducted from our office, and we maintain constant communication with our clients. If regular onsite visits are necessary for a specific purpose, we can incorporate this into your contract. A travel charge will be included in all contracts where applicable.
While we are happy to visit you, we have found that since we operate in the cloud, our clients do not require as much face-to-face contact so most of our meetings are now online.
For Marketing services, most often, yes. You can add us to your account as another user/admin, but we can discuss this part later.
If we find that you are always coming in under your planned hours each month, we will review your plan and accommodate as required. We can also roll over unused hours to the next month if required.
We look at how much we are over by and the reason for it. Sometimes, it could be a one-off project that has been added, but whatever the reason, we keep accurate time records to show what we have been working on. You may be invoiced at the hourly rate for hours over the monthly retainer.
No, you can cancel services at any time by giving us the required notice period as set out in the contract.
We bill monthly for work completed that month. All invoices are dated 25th of the month and we invoice on the 25th, with a new month starting on the 26th of each month.
