What started in 2006 as a traditional bookkeeping business is now an industry leader offering a diverse range of personalised business support services. We’ve grown but we’ve never lost our people focus or our willingness to innovate. For that, we have these two visionaries to thank.

Louise Holmes
Head of Sales

When you speak to Louise, you’ll notice the passion shining through straight away. Her background in sales and management has been a valuable platform to build Red Office to where it is today. Always future focused, Louise has propelled Red Office into a leading provider of innovative solutions tailored to the needs of today’s businesses.

Scott Brunsdon
Head of IT

Scott provides essential IT solutions that keep Red Office operating efficiently. Utilising the right technology plays a huge part in our business. He provides practical advice for business owners and is our go-to source for those tricky IT questions. Scott simplifies the complex, making business IT a manageable function.

Meet our Leadership Team

Alanna
Team Leader

Alanna’s background in auditing has proven valuable when reviewing End of Month reports and GST. She is someone who creates a fantastic process, is great at training the team and supports us with onboarding new clients.

Sarah C
Head of Payroll

Leading our specialist payroll team, Sarah is responsible for onboarding new payroll clients, payroll conversions and developing the payroll team which we aim to grow each year.

Jerlyn
Hub Leader

Jerlyn leads our support across a range of tech clients. Prior to joining Red Office, she had 5 years accounting experience in the Philippines as an internal auditor and 6 years in Singapore for a hotel group. In NZ, she worked for an Accountant based in England providing remote bookkeeping support before joining our team in 2021.

Sarah B
Team Leader

Sarah has hands-on experience with accounting systems, including payroll and project management from her prior role as Finance Manager. She likes to create efficiencies in processes and is a great problem solver, demonstrating why she made Hub coordinator so early in her career at Red Office.

Katie
Practice Coordinator

Katie manages our contracts and office admin and works closely with Louise to help with the day to day running of Red Office. Katie had previously been a representative for WorkflowMax in NZ and the UK. Her deep understanding of Xero has helped Red Office become more efficient in a very short amount of time.

Susan
Team Leader

Susan plays an essential role in supporting and inspiring her team. She understands the unique strengths of each member and works closely with the leadership team to establish and pursue our shared goals. With her valuable experience in financial control, HR, and operations, she is genuinely committed to helping us succeed and creating an environment where everyone feels empowered to contribute.
