Red Office started as a family business in 2006 and remains so to this day. We go all out to provide a personal service to business owners to offer support and our expertise on keeping your business running behind the scenes.  For those businesses requiring an Accounts function, the team at Red Office can fill this gap.

We represent over 400 clients, across a range of industries throughout New Zealand and overseas with bookkeeping services, consultancy, software training, Business IT and Marketing support.

At the heart of Red Office are directors Louise and Scott, who have established the business to where it is today. The Red Office team are forward-thinking, professional and hardworking but most of all we’re people focused. Our Directors

Louise Holmes

Louise is an active member on the NZ Bookkeepers Association and currently holds the Auckland Regional Directors role. Always at the forefront of what is happening in the industry, she can be relied upon to offer up to date advice and support for your business. Her love for what she does is obvious when you meet her which is why Red Office is the success you see today.

Scott Brunsdon

Scott is the Head of IT and our go-to person for everything IT related. He can offer advice to support you in the day to day running of your business. Progression in technology keep Scott driven about working in this industry.  He understands small business and can offer solutions that are the best fit for you.

Meet our team

We’re currently the largest bookkeeping business in NZ and our hub concept is unique to Red Office. As there are so many of us, we can afford to have our team work within hubs providing our clients with a main accounts manager, as well as a backup if required. A hub coordinator supports each person in their hub ensuring everyone is working as stress-free and effective as possible.

Our team are certified professionals and to ensure they remain certified we have regular time in their calendars for professional development. You can be assured that you are working with a professional, qualified accounts manager / bookkeeper.
